A (1): We would always recommend about every three to four weeks. That’s how long it takes for your skin to move through the full life cycle of skin cell renewal. However, it also depends on your skin type, skin condition, skin care goals, your budget and your age. Younger people can usually get facials less frequently because their skin naturally generates new cell growth faster. As you age, your skin care regime needs to be a lot stricter to help stimulate the growth of collagen, having facials frequently will ensure your skin stay’s fresh and young.

Conclusion : Giving it a boost around every 30 days is what the skin needs to keep it looking its best.

A (2) How often you get a message depends on several factors, including your physical and emotional needs, your stress levels and your budget. You will definitely experience the most health benefits from a massage when you receive them regularly. A massage is designed to calm the nervous system, improve blood circulation and improve lymphatic circulation. It also relieves muscle pain and helps with pain management in conditions such as arthritis, sciatica and muscle spasms. Once a month is the recommended minimum for maintaining the health of your tissue. If you start stretching the massages out too far apart, then your muscles can revert to their old patterns, especially if you live a busy and hectic life.

Conclusion : Once a month is recommended but overall just listen to your body's needs.
A: We ask that you arrive at The Spa at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment, this is to ensure the therapist can have brief consultation with you before the appointment.
A: Services are available for guests of all ages. However, if a guest is under 18 years of age they simply must be accompanied by an adult to undergo any treatment.
A: Unfortunately, on a busy day arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness of your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.

A: Your health and well-being is a priority. Even though our colour is certified organic and is gentle we still have to test as we can all develop an allergic reactions to any ingredient at any time. If you’re not patch tested it can lead to hospitalisation.
A: It’s obviously much easier when you have a stylist to maintain your blow drys however at home you need to ensure your hair dryer is a certain standard, we recommend Dyson, Parlux or Gamma Piu. Also, the correct brush for your hair type and style and last but not least the correct products. Another tip is to dry your hair of 80% before using the brush. Our team will be happy to advise you on this when you visit.
A: You need to ensure your conditioning regularly and ensuring you allow the product to work its way into the hair shaft to add the moisture/protein your hair needs. There’s no rules when it comes to conditioning, leave it on longer in the shower re cleanse your hair, apply conditioner then cleanse your body leaving it on a minimum of 5 minutes. Another secret is to shampoo and rinse, lightly towel dry. Apply conditioner/masque, comb through gently. Tie it up and leave whilst you have a relaxing day at home. Perfect on a Sunday. Then rinse later in the evening or in the morning if you’re feeling really lazy!
A: Yes! There are three parts to our colour which are all formulated with Extracts of yogurt, honey and vegetable oils. Demi Permanent & Permanent , both of which are completely free of ammonia and ppd. This can cover up to 100% of grey hair whilst giving a natural tone and look. If there are any hard to cover, stubborn greys we can use our third part to our system which is a slightly more intense permanent based colour.
A: It’s in no way, shape or form a conditioning treatment. It’s reparative, it rebuilds broken hair and it will marry back broken disulphide bonds. We generally recommend 6weekly applications of 1&2 at the salon. There is a home care no3 you can use weekly.
